The ASSURED Project will be hosting its Final Conference on the 21 and 22 March.
ASSURED is a European project that boosts the electrification of urban commercial vehicles and integrates with high-power fast-charging infrastructure, evaluating several infrastructures in different cities across Europe. The project is coming to an end after five years and the final conference is a great chance to showcase the project’s results and how ASSURED has contributed to the large-scale uptake of electric fleets in cities by investigating and testing interoperability and standardising e-vehicles and chargers.
During the first day, which will be live-streamed and open to external audiences, there will be a Plenary Session in the morning focused on project results, a round table on what ASSURED has achieved and challenges still to overcome and parallel technical sessions will follow towards the end of the day. The ISense Group with Stamatis Manganiaris will contribute to the discussion with a presentation on project results related to inductive high power charging for light-duty vehicles. The second day will be dedicated to project partners only and will involve a technical tour.
