Born as the research branch of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), the I-SENSE Group is a dynamic research unit part of the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS). Since its founding in 2002, I-SENSE has grown into a leading hub for basic and applied research in electrical, electronic, and computer engineering—combining academic excellence with a passion for innovation.
With 10 cutting-edge research divisions and a global network of 300+ partners, we transform ideas into real-world solutions—advancing intelligent transport, smart systems, virtual environments, assistive tech, and more.
