Disarming the Silent Threat of Ovarian Cancer
DISARM is a €13.2 million EU-funded Horizon Europe Innovation Action focused on advancing personalised risk assessment and early detection of ovarian cancer — one of the deadliest female cancers. The project brings together 28 partners from 12 countries to develop and validate accurate, accessible, and affordable clinical and digital tools, enhance multifactorial risk models, and support the uptake of solutions into routine healthcare practice. Through multidisciplinary collaboration, DISARM aims to transform how ovarian cancer risk is predicted and detected across Europe, improving prevention, care pathways, and ultimately patient outcomes.
