Spiros Charlaftis joined the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) as a Scientific Project Manager in February 2026. He holds a degree from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, subsequently attaining a postgraduate Master’s Diploma in IT Law, Management & Informatics from King’s College London.

In 2012, he served as a Laboratory Associate for computer science courses at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE). A year later, he transitioned to the private sector, where he spent over a decade in various IT roles within small and medium-sized enterprises, including Front-end Developer, Certified QA Tester, Systems Administrator, and e-Commerce Strategy & Operational Manager.
