Maria Kosma is a Human Resource Assistant in the I-SENSE Research Group and an Organizational Psychologist.
She holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Sheffield and a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.Maria’s experience bridges customer-centric approaches with organizational coordination and problem solving. She has worked as a People and Culture Coordinator at Europe’s largest student psychology association, as well as in the UK National Health System, collaborating with internal and external customers in multicultural environments. She contributed to a corporate project aimed at enhancing a digital well-being tool for a leading UK multinational and is certified in psychometric test delivery by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Her interests include selection and assessment methods, Organizational design for workplace well-being, applied research and data gathering of both quantitative and qualitative nature in organizations, Learning & Development, and Scientific Reproducibility.”
