Dr. Ioanna Doutsou joined iSense team as a Senior Public Relations Manager. Having started her career as a journalist, she has worked for more than 15 years in key positions at the intersection of communication, media, education and digital marketing. She holds an MSc in Media and Communications Regulation & Policy from the London School of Economics and a PhD within the field of online social networks from Kings College London –for which she received a state scholarship award. Since 2005, she has been working as a communications professional for several companies, educational and research institutions in Greece and abroad (Athens, Brussels, London).

She is experienced in managing all aspects of an institutions’ internal and external communications –from strategic planning, policy design and large scale events organization to web content production and management and community building- and has been involved in many national and European projects. Her career in communications has been occasionally combined with academic teaching activity in Greece and in UK in the fields of journalism, digital marketing, communication theory, media production, social media management as well as with publishing activities in research.
