Chrysanthi Spanelli is an HR Manager in the ISENSE Research Group of ICCS. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Kent. Through her studies, she examined aspects of psychological research into applied, social, and organisational psychology and gained a deep understanding of business related modules such as organisational behaviour and change management.
Her duties among others include the selection and assessment of the organisation’s workforce, relevant methods and statistics, employee wellbeing, learning and development strategies, entrepreneurship, and people management.
