Anastasia Pagidou joined the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) in March 2026, where she works as a Scientific Project Manager and Senior Researcher. She holds a BSc in Philosophy and Education from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2011) and an MSc in Educational Research, specializing in Special Education, from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden (2015).

From 2014 to 2023, she worked in Sweden, gaining extensive experience in education within an international and multicultural environment. At Internationella Engelska Skolan, she served as Special Education Coordinator and a member of the school management team, with responsibilities including educational staff leadership, individualized learning programme development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As part of her role, she worked closely with Swedish public authorities and services across the education, healthcare, and social welfare sectors. She also contributed to educational quality assessment and the development of inclusion and equal treatment policies.
