Another significant research project, is approaching to conclusion and we are ready to share its results! THEROS project Final Event, will be taking place on 02 December 2025 both physically at the Amalia Hotel in Athens & Online, showcasing publicly useful tools and outcomes.
About the project:
THEROS advances transparency and trust in organic food supply chains and Geographical Indication (GI) products. The project unites partners across Europe to deliver practical tools, case studies, and policy insights on traceability, authenticity, and data-sharing—supporting producers , certifiers, retailers, and consumers.
THEROS project is coordinated by I-SENSE Group of ICCS and brings together a complementary consortium of 17 partners within 6 EU Member States including the Aristotetle University of Thessaloniki, the Institut Jozef Stefan, the Centre for Research & Technlogy Hellas, NTT Data Europe & Latam Green Engineering, SINERGISE, eBOS Technologies, Seability, Wirelessinfo, the Hellenic Agricaltural Organization Dimitra, OCS, Kiwa espana, BIO Hellas Inspection Institute for Organic Products, Bio Network West Hellas, Consello Regulador do Mexillon de Galicia, Univerexport and Sumava Produkt.
