The EU project eCharge4Drivers, which is coordinated by the I-SENSE Group of ICCS, will be present at the eagerly awaited 14th ITS European Congress to be held in Toulouse next week, from 30 May to 1 June!
On Wednesday morning, June 1st, Dr. Evangelia Portouli will be moderating a Special Interest Session that was organized by our team, with a focus on how to improve EV charging infrastructure in European urban areas.
The purpose of this session is to open the discussion between research projects and cities planning to integrate electromobility into their environment. Speakers from 3 leading EU projects on e-mobility and EV charging (eCharge4drivers, INCIT EV & USER-CHI) will share their experience and provide insights on a) current trends and best practices for smooth integration of charging infrastructure required for promoting e-mobility in the city, and b) available and future innovative tools that support cities during an infrastructure planning and implementation process.
Christina Anagnostopoulou from the ISENSE Group participates in the session with a presentation on eCharge4drivers, discussing the project’s main objectives and achievements so far.
