Best Paper Award at the IPIC 2025 for I-SENSE’s Groundbreaking Work on Port Call Processes!

The I-SENSE Group is proud to announce that the paper titled “Redefining Port Call Processes: The Role of Automation and Emerging Technologies” received the 3rd Prize for Best Conference Paper at the 11th International Physical Internet Conference (IPIC 2025), held in Hong Kong under the theme “Empowering Sustainable and Resilient Supply Chains.”

The paper, presented by John Kanellopoulos, is part of the ongoing research activities within the AutoMoTIF project, which aims to reimagine the logistics and operational processes at ports by leveraging automation, digitalisation, and advanced technologies.

This distinction underscores the importance of integrating innovative solutions into maritime operations, with the goal of enabling smarter, more adaptive, and resilient port ecosystems.
