The CiROCCO Project is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 2nd Online Webinar, “Towards FAIR In-Situ Data in Support of EU-Funded Projects.” This event, which took place online on the 16th of May, reflects CiROCCO’s ongoing dedication to advancing data management practices within Horizon Europe-funded initiatives.
The session offered participants practical, step-by-step guidance on ensuring in-situ (air quality) data is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). Attendees explored effective tools and methodologies developed through previous Horizon-funded projects, and gained insights into the core principles of FAIR data management—specifically tailored for researchers and project partners working with in-situ atmospheric and related datasets.
The CiROCCO Project extends its gratitude to all participants for their active engagement and insightful questions. Continued support for the research community remains a top priority, with a strong emphasis on implementing robust data management strategies and embracing FAIR data principles.
