Strengthening safer mobility across Europe: at Roads4All Workshops

I-SENSEGroup successfully organised two key online workshops under the framework of the Roads4All project, reinforcing our commitment to safer, more inclusive mobility systems across Europe.

The Online Consultation Workshop held on 28 January 2026 and was co-organised with Technische Universität Dresden. This interactive workshop brought together six invited experts and Roads4All partners to explore the relationship between cultural factors and traffic safety. Through participatory discussions and knowledge exchange, participants worked to refine the initial Roads4All framework for traffic safety culture, strengthening its conceptual foundation and ensuring it reflects multidisciplinary perspectives.

The second workshop titled Online Validation Workshop held on 25 February 2026. Organized again by our team, the workshop focused on validating the proposed safety impact taxonomy for emerging mobility systems and services. Together with project partners and two invited external experts — Dr. Johanna (Yanna) Tzanidaki and Eleni Papatzikou — participants critically reviewed and refined the taxonomy to ensure its clarity, completeness, and practical applicability. The constructive exchange of expertise significantly strengthened the robustness and coherence of this important methodological tool.

Our team was represented by Lazaros Giannikos, Konstantinos Fokeas and Pinelopi Alexiou.
