The 1st BATTERY2LIFE Project Webinar, will take place on 11 February 2026 at 10:00 CET. The objective of this webinar is to present the project’s most mature Key Exploitable Results to stakeholders and other interested parties, with a focus on solutions that demonstrate high potential for exploitation, replication, and impact within the battery value chain.
BATTERY2LIFE is a European Horizon Europe research & innovation project focused on enabling a sustainable second life for electric vehicle (EV) batteries — turning used EV batteries (that still have significant remaining capacity) into valuable stationary energy storage solutions.
During the webinar, the following Key Exploitable Results will be presented:
- 2nd life battery sizing tool (CID)
- State estimation of cylindrical cells using pressure and strain sensors (AIT)
- Quality control procedures, disassembly handbook, and disassembly of used batteries (SLG)
