Your Role:
As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Manage employee records and update HR systems with accurate data.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions and events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
