Your Role:

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Manage employee records and update HR systems with accurate data.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports.
• Assist in organizing employee training sessions and events.
• Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
