The midterm review of the European project RESIST successfully concluded on April 15th, with European Commission representatives commenting positively on the progress that has been succeeded so far by the consortium members.
Specifically, the reviewers underlined the impressive technical progress achieved to date and highlighted the exceptional development of the RPAS, contact inspection sensors, cognitive and photogrammetric vision modules as well as the mobility continuity module and apps.
The RESIST project consist of 19 partners aiming to increase the resilience of seamless transport operations to natural and man-made extreme events, protect the users of the European transport infrastructure, and provide optimal information to the operators and users of the transport infrastructure.
