Panagiotis Zoumpoulis is a Robotics Engineer at ICCS since June 2023. He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Automation Systems specializing in industrial robotics and digital fabrication technologies utilizing open architecture controllers.
Panagiotis has gained experience in EU-funded research, having participated in several projects mainly on the field of additive manufacturing. His work involved developing customized tooling for advanced manufacturing methods and tailor-made machine tool path planning through parametric design algorithms. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of various 3D printing technologies, reverse engineering techniques, 3D modeling and engineering analysis tools.
Additionally, he has authored articles for journals and conferences, and has contributed to webinars and training programs as a guest lecturer.
