Margarita Kostovasili is a Transport Engineer/Consultant with 5+ years of experience in the management and delivery of infrastructure projects and programmes. She holds an M.Eng in Rural & Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA, 2014) and she has also attended an Internship in Photogrammetry and Transport Planning in the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV, 2013).
Her scientific interests are transport planning and modelling, focusing on data analysis, driving behaviour and traffic simulation, combined with information technology and applications. Working as a Transport Consultant since 2016, she has gained significant exposure in management consulting practice, providing operational support and services to various clients across Europe. She has participated in several EC FP7 and H2020 research projects in the fields of Intelligent Transport Systems, Smart Mobility, Security and ICT.
She joined the I-Sense Group of ICCS in 2020 and she is currently working as a Scientific Project Manager in R&D projects.
