Ioannis Gallos is a graduate of the School of Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences. He holds an MSc in Engineering and a PhD in Science, all issued by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
As a fellow of the NTUA he collaborated closely with the Medical School of Athens, the University Research Institute of Mental Health, the Academy of Athens, the Technical University of Munich and the University of Naples Federico II, where he has also been a visiting researcher.
He has published articles in international scientific journals and conferences, has served as a reviewer and has been awarded for his original research. His research interests focus on neuroscience, system dynamics, time series analysis, machine, manifold and deep learning applications.
He has been a member of the ISENSE Research group actively participating in multiple EU funded projects since February 2023.
