Alexandros Touramanis is a Technical Project Manager at ICCS since November 2024. He holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace. Before joining ICCS, Alexandros worked as a Software Engineer and Technical Consultant at Akkodis, where he contributed significantly to building user-centric VR solutions. Later on at Holoswitch he conceptualized and developed a groundbreaking virtual smartwatch that seamlessly integrates smartphones into VR environments. For the past two years, Alexandros led the AR department at shoutr labs, delivering tailored AR experiences for renowned museums across Germany. Notably, he developed the first WebAR experience for the German Bundestag. Alexandros is proficient in immersive technologies (AR/VR, WebXR, HMI, and multisensory touchscreen apps) with a strong focus on UX. His holistic approach, encompassing technical consulting, prototyping, software engineering, project management, and agile leadership, has enabled him to deliver cutting-edge solutions across various industries, including automotive, gaming, and education.
