Seeking for Human Resource Manager

The I-SENSE Group of the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems, within the framework of the Research projects it is implementing, invites all interested persons to express their interest for the position of a Human Resource Manager, who will be employed via work contracts in one or more projects implemented by the Institute until the end of each project.

The specific position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and selection process
  • Implement various HR initiatives to develop employee engagement
  • Creates and makes sure that all HR policies and procedures are in place
  • Provide coaching to the personnel members and support their team management skills

 Background required: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources. Postgraduate degree in relevant field would be considered an asset. Minimum of 3-4 years professional experience in relevant HR managerial positions

Desired Skills: Excellent Communication and negotiation skills, Integrity and confidentiality, strong oral and written communication skills in English, excellent knowledge of Employee Law.
