Tom Papaioannou is an undergraduate student at the University of Patras and studies at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is working on his diploma thesis, which is about analysis and forensics of Android applications, to complete his integrated Master. He is interested in the development of mobile and VR/AR applications and games. In the past, he had created a 3D game for Android phones, leveraging the Unity 3D Engine, which is uploaded in the Play Store, and he had his internship at Nokia Networks Hellas, where he was part of a team creating AR applications for smart glasses.
He currently works as a Junior Researcher and Developer at the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) and more specifically he is a member of the Research and Development Team of the I-SENSE Group.
