Katerina Argyri is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS), and a PhD candidate in in silico Oncology at the school of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She holds a diploma degree in Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences (NTUA) and an MSc in Applied Mathematical Sciences (NTUA). She has been involved in the design and development of in silico models for personalized oncology and their integration into clinical decision support systems within the framework of EC-funded projects CHIC and p-medicine.

She is also experienced in API development within the framework of the EC-funded project BOUNCE. She has published a number of articles in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Her research interests include decision support systems, in silico medicine and predictive modelling/analytics in natural sciences. She has been a member of the In Silico Oncology and In Silico Medicine Group since 2011 and a member of ISENSE Group since November 2020.
